Good 7.62x39 Ammo for Plinking/Practice?

Another vote for Barnaul - I got the last at my LGS, only 5 boxes. Recently, Tenda had the best price for Chinese surp, and only $20 shipping on a case! And they have some of the last Tapco mags, if you need some.
 
Just an update to my post above. My LGS has Tapco mags - about 30 'new stock' since I bought him out a couple months ago. Moncton NB gun store does mail order, but they're up to $50 each mag, and Tenda is cheaper but min-shipping may erase that. I bought several and also did the mod to the OEM mag to make it a removable mag.
