If you use or are considering getting a progressive press of some kind here is a good argument to justify getting one that will accommodate a powder check die.

Attended a Cowboy shoot last weekend and witnessed more squibe loads than ever before for some reason. Usually we see maybe 1 or 2 a year at competitions but I counted at least 6 in my posse alone last weekend.
4 were attributed to one reloader, I've shot with the guy for years, he's not a scatterbrain type of guy by any stretch of the imagination and has reloaded thousands of rounds. After we removed the fourth round from a gun he was mortified and said to me "and I have 7000 more of these at home that I loaded last winter".

A good lesson for me too, I've loaded many thousand up over a winter and never kept the batches separate or marked in any way from one to the other...just dump em in a pail & move on...not going to do that again!!
