Searched for a bit but didn't find a current post. Looking for a good cheap red dot for a 12g. Bought one off the big river site but it's going back. The dot was a few short lines. Didn't try to zero it. Looking at a tasco pro point the reviews don't look awesome. Looking for under a hundred. Anyone find one they like? I'll browse some of the dealers here

I'd go for that. Amazon is north of 200. I'll check cabelas and CT. Any other shops I should check
 
Just checked cabellers for you and on clearance for 149 so maybe they will drop some more soon and hit your 100$ mark

edit: now I want one for my shotgun haha

Prophet River has the TRS 25 for 89.00 I have 3 myself and they are great
 
Thanks for the heads up altagunnut, just grabbed 2, can’t beat that, I also have the crossfire which I also like and was going to get another for my shoddy but @ 2 4 1 basically couldn’t say no, now to get another gun to sit under the spare dot……lol I’m sure I’m not the only one here whose mind works like that hahah
 
Just a word - I got a $40 Amazon reflex holo (UUQ) put on an SKS at the Barrel. It stood up to ca 75 rounds last month and going out again this week. I've had it for ca 4-years, on several 22s, and a MRA 223 also, and so far still tickin'.
 
Stay away from Bushnell they will take your optic for warranty and never send it back then leave you with NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. been 7 months now.ans still can't call fast enought to be the lucky 3 callers the pathetic warranty line allows to get a call back.

Pretty sad even the BBB file I opened up expired because even the BBB couldn't reach them.

Vortex is all I'll buy now
