It says they're 8000 grams per ingot at 3.00/ingot. My math could be wrong but 8000/454=17.62lbs..... 3.00/17.62= 0.1702 or 17 cents a lb and it currently seems to be priced at 0.96 USD per lb.

Without spending much time looking into it, it doesn't seem like a bad deal if everything is legit.

Those are the standard sized ingots from the RCBS mould, and will be 8000 grains each, not grams. A bit over a pound each, so not such a good deal
 
As tjsudbury said, it's 8000grains not grams. Those are from a Lee mold which makes 2x 1lb bars and 2x ½lb bars. They also seem very shiny and grainy which concerns me someone. I'm sure they are fine, but not for that price.
