The cheapest I saw those scopes is on ebay, and it was 120$ 5 years ago for that exact same one. Mine came direct from Russia back then. And westrifle back then had that exact setup for 400ish as well. Im glad I shopped around !

The mount from Numrich was delivered yesterday. No duty, no tax, no charges from CBSA. Great fit well worth the price payed.
Scope $172.13 + mount $134.86 = $307 all in.
TEC (out of stock) has them on for $469 before tax. Tokarev SVT40 Scope and Mount

I haven't had much luck with Ebay on bidding. I got "outbid" on a couple of bayo.
Ended up price was WAY higher than I wanted to pay!!!
Then you see the same item back on ebay that you can bit on again, but now the top bid is higher.
Back of my mind I really believe the owner has another account.
Places a max bit on said item. Then he is guaranteed to get what he wants for it or more. (Scam)
I don't bid anymore. If you like it and it has the option to "buy it now"

Just have to chime in on this. After spending a embarrassing amount of coin on 2 mounts and 3 different scopes as well as crap load of ammo I gave up on trying to get a scoped SVT to shoot with any consistency Tried 2 different mounts on 2 different rifles with notch to no avail. Mounts were tight and scopes were new with as good of optic's that can be expected. With out a doubt I could shoot with the iron sight's more accurately than tha SVT scoped. I could not find any fault with scopes or mounts. The ergornomics of the scoped rifle was my main stumbling block. Shooting it prone was real uncomfortable and off the bag chin weld was not any more comfortable.

I bought that black anodized aluminum Picatinny from Addley Precision Midland, Ontario from the first post. Tried it on my STV, just slided it into the groves and decided not to use it on the rifle so it's for sale if anyone wants it. Will sell it for less than Addley Precision sells them.
