Can anybody recommend me a good butcher that'll do deer for a decent price East of Ottawa, preferably close to Vars or Navan in July/August? It's almost time to use the pest tags and I was going to start calling around but figured somebody on here might be able to give me a shortcut.
We've had some real bad experiences with butchers including all the filets missing. Almost as bad as the time they misread our order and turned 8 deer into hamburger. After that, a recommendation is really appreciated.
