I really have to say some great things about the Customer service at Forster Precision.
I've made a couple orders from them in the past couple weeks and each order is followed by a personal email from their staff and they are really good with emails and communications.
I made an order last night for some more pilots and whatnot for an outside neck turning set and for my new runout gauge.
They immediately emailed me back the next morning when the business day started to tell me that I accidentaly ordered a pilot for the wrong neck turner and changed it for the one I should have selected based on my order from two weeks ago!!
Dee, the sales rep went out of her way to notice that I ordered the neck turning setup for the case trimmer in my previous order and in my last order I accidentaly selected to order a pilot for the hand neck turning tool instead of the trimmer one.
Very impressed! and their shipping is very reasonable too.
