Had a good morning so far. Mounted a few scopes on the 6.5, 270 and the new muzzleloader, polished and lapped the rings and bore sighted. Just need to find some time to hit the range now. Made up a few rounds to start load development for the 6.5x55, didn't have time last year before hunting season, so hopefully ready for this fall and definatly ready for next years caribou.

Also got the barrel on and "rough" fitted for now on the new 223. Still waiting for a few pieces so didn't want to button it up completly. This will be the first "build" that I do totally myself. New barrel for those long heavy bullets, changing out the bolt body, bolt handle, glass bedding it and changing out the trigger to name a few. Started to look for a scope as well, hopefully have it all done for next year gopher, or even winter coyotes if I'm lucky.

Hope to get a few days off in the next couple of weeks, have a handful of guns that need to make it to the range for one reason or another.

Also got the trail cams all ready to go, new batteries, new SD cards, and a couple of prime locations all picked out. Cant wait to get out there this fall, before long it'll be time for upland and waterfowl.
