Having trouble finding snow camo gear at a decent price, anyone have a good source in Canada? Please PM if needed.

Looking for pants or bibs, plus a coat (does not necessarily need insulation).

(I do not want to make my own half-a** trailer park gear)

Thanks for the help

I'd check a mil surplus store. They might have winter whites. Not the greatest, but they're super light weight, and once they get a bit dirtied up they can blend in well.

Does this count as half ass trailer park gear?

Sweet gift from the GF's mom who stitched this together for me. The local fabric store had lots of cammo patterns, took the pattern of XXL 1 peice pajamas added a few mods to it, including a zipper and a few pockets. Fits nicely over my regular hunting gear.

Where you are in Southern Ontario matters.
Find some white cotton/polyester coveralls. Big enough to go over your regular hunting clothes. Had mine for so long I forget where I bought it. Crappy Tire, I think. Either way, they're not expensive, comfortable and are nearly silent when you're moving. They don't have to be made by one of the hunting clothing manufacturers either. A brand name will cost more.
"...Not the greatest, but..." Serviceable but noisy like any nylon. CF issue mukluks, on the other hand, are fabulous.
"...Does this count..." Tree line camouflage. Ok if you're in a tree stand. Discount fabric shops are the place to go if you're making 'em though.

My ancient military winter whites are NOISY! Great for snow geese, can work for sitting in a stand, poor choice for a hunt involving walking.

I love my Natural Gear snow camo. I had two coyotes that were almost at barrel poking distances and still unsure what I was. Seems to blend in well in all situations I have used it in. Girlfriend bought it for me two years ago for christmas I believe it was from Bass Pro. Heres a couple pics.

I got the same camo from Bass Pro in Vaughn about 3 years ago. Waterproof, windproof and nice and warm.

White cotton coveralls (food industry type) have worked very well for me calling coyotes.

Natural Gear Snow Camo is the one I want...now I have to find out if anyone has them in stock....

anyone seen these recently?

Natural Gear has there own site you can order off of. I confirmed that mine did come from bass pro but one down south. The Natural Gear site has my jacket and pants from the photo on sale at a real good price especially with the dollar right now.

jayph what is the pattern called?

Jayph..

Your coat is made well and plenty warm?...worth the cash

Pants made well...too hot? can you walk in them long long distance

Iam a rather huge fellow built like a polar bear but I have gone out in -30 no wind and all I wore was some under armor and the camo and been warm. I have found it well made but like anything it will tear on barb wire. If I had ordered it from them I would have got a chunk of fabric for repairs (I believe they sell it) I have zero complaints with mine and she paid alot more 2 years ago. YMMV everybody has a different idea of quality. I only wear the underarmor to wick away the sweat on long walks so I don't freeze on stand. If you have good winter clothing I would just buy the shells, thats what most of my hunting partners use with no issues.
