Good to have a .22 EE Forum?

Hey Moderators,
Do you guys think it would be good to have a EE forum dedicated to .22's? Just asking.
Any others think it would be good?

I think It would be a good idea, but I don't know if the moderators/administrators will vouch for it. Quite honestly, when I go into the "Exchange of sporting arms" (or whatever it is called). The only thing I look for is .22's. I am in favour of it.

I mod rimfire but I don't have much say regarding CGN as a whole.
I also look exclusively at rimfire rifles and pistols on EE.
It would be a little easier for those of us who only buy and sell rimfire but there are already so many forums I am not sure the extra hassle of maintaining an extra forum is worth it for a few. I dont really mind rooting through the other stuff looking for rimfires.

I might change my mind if lots of people post saying the never buy or sell anything except rimfire.

I think it would be a great idea, as there so many .22 sold it knocks all the other rifle/shotgun threads a couple pages back.

Hope it is ok to ask about this - we don't mean to step on anyone's toes. I understand it may not be feasible to due board, space, software, etc. limitations that we non-administrative CGN'ers may not be aware of. Just a thought and all is well with whatever the outcome is to this query.

I don't mind looking at all the different guns for sale in the E.E.

As long as people put .22 in the title it's easy to see....I think the search engine should be improved so typing in .22 would bring up all the posts from the E.E.

another idea would be to have the seller fill out a form to gather information to facilitate the search option. So the people looking for a gun for sale could search by caliber, manufacture, etc. Then again I'm not a computer programmer and don't know how easily done this is. but it would not only help "rimfire guys" but everyone

search works for 22lr, so I am sure you guys can sort out how to search what you are looking for.
Sorry but I don't support the idea of a dedicated .22 EE. next we'll have guys wanting a wildcat forum............

Would be nice to have a rimfire EE apart from the centerfire EE,just keep the wildcats in the centerfire part
