The one I received had a problem with the battery draining with it off and left for 1-2 weeks. I send message to Tactical Imports and the got me to send it back for exchange on another one. Excellent customer service!! I'm looking forward to the replacement because it is an excellent scope. I would definitely buy another.

Now if only I could get parts for my brs-99 (he-he little dig :)

Ohhh... Mine does that too and I was hoping it was just the battery.

I'll keep an eye on it
 
Anybody else getting awful battery life? I've gone through five battery changes and I've still not used it, that's just been in storage.

Maybe but I doubt it. It stays in the same case I've kept eotech and aimpont equipped sights on and they made it thru fine.

Does tactical imports have a money back guarantee? Anybody know?
 
I've gone through 2 batteries (I'm certain the second was turned off), have yet to even mount it on a rifle. Im about 4 weeks on the current battery, It did stop working and I had to take the battery out re install it, its been work since. When you look in it there is a dark splotchy area were the dot is you can also see a straight line in the optic that leads to the splotch (I see the line even on the one photo on the web site). Are these warranty issues, never having one of these before not sure what the expectation is? I'm under whelmed. What the hell is that screw that is on the side of mine, I notice its not on the one on the website and it looks pretty unprofessional. There was a piece of thread on this screw, looked like from a hang tag. Is mine some demo model or do they all have this?

Batteries should last a few years.

Line & dark area size of red dot is normal and part of the sight.

Screw was for the attachment of the Gen 1 rubber covers. These covers did not allow use of the sight while they were installed, hence the Gen 2 models that we sell. You can remove the screw without worry. All of the on-sale models have this.

If your interested in a replacement you'll have to contact us....
