goose/ deer sausage?

I have some goose parts and some left over deer from last year, I was going to make sausage from the goose and cut it with 50% pork, now I am thinking can I mix in the deer also or is that a bad idea?

I was thinking do 1/3 goose, 1/3 deer, 1/3 pork. let me know what you think.
 
if anyone is interested I ended up doing this goose, deer, pork mixture 1/3 each with Cabelas beer salami kit, it turned out really good will definitely do it again. I ground up bacon for the pork. next time I think I will add about 1.5 times the seasoning the instructions say.
 
Sounds good! I will be giving this a try. Last time we did sausages we used pork fat only, it was a bit harder to get the ratios right, we're trying 1/10 pork fat, 9/10 game meat next time.
