Goose Spread Setup

Anyone have any advice on setting up in hay fields that are covered in morning dew first thing in the morning? I.e., walking along the same paths so there aren't many footprints and drag marks all over the field etc. Im thinking along the lines of a goose flying over the field and seeing all these patterns.

I usually just eat my goose spread in the kitchen on toast. Never thought of going out early in the morning to eat it in a field.

Wouldn't geese walk around in the field leaving trails....

Don't sweat it, never had a problem with this!

Make your goose decoy lawn darts and just chuck 'em out of your pit blind to distribute them. Or just hunt from a marsh and you wont have to worry about foot prints?

I usually follow in one trail. Not for cover purposes, just to keep my feet a little more dry. Stupid dew.
