We are only out there for two and a half days. What there isn't a picture of is the two cases (10,000 rounds) of 22ammo coming with us. The 10/22s get a really good workout on these trips.
Pills for gophers are best given at high velocity to cure any sickness the poor little creature may be suffering from. The higher the speed......the more effective I find the medicine to work
I had 3 days in a gopher field in Sask a few summers ago and went through 1000 22-250 rounds and 4 or 500 .223 rounds as well as some .22 Hornet and 410 shotgun in my M6 Scout and even a few hundred .17 HM2 rounds.
Approx 1800 rounds in 3 days = 600/Day
I didn't take any of the .22's out though....
