Savage 93 17hmr
Sweet. I just picked this up this exact rifle last week. Couldn't be more pleased.
2 from last year, With the Savage 340 in .30-30 (150 Gr):
Impressive....
.....how do you like the .30-30 in a bolt-action rifle? 
I'm guessing it was about .300" across. Not gonna get much expansion hitting an itty bitty rodent with a moose hunting bullet (though I have no idea what actual bullet was used). I bet it just zipped right through...

Your right...it was a 180 grn ballistic silvertip. dont think it expanded much
Impressive....
It's fine. Don't really use it for anything though. That was the only time I have shot it.
It was my Dads rifle, and I certainly can't complain about a free gun.

I only really laughed when I saw the 45-70 on the bipod... I shoot my marlin like a varmint gun. I'm so happy to see other people do it too. My round count last year is... ~500-700.. Just about all of them are cast and 33-35k pressure is more than enough in a gun like that.
