I finally made it out this year and shot some gophers. What a relief.:D I need more time off and cooperative weather as I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Shooting paper is fun, but reactive targets are better.
 
Glad to hear you finally made it out. I have been out everyday for the last week and have probably shot 2000+ gophers. Its so much fun and the farmers in my area really thank us for doing it.
 
I use one of these for the longer range shots. I don't shoot free hand as well as I used to. Must be old age.

I'm near Prince Albert. There should be a lot of gophers near Regina. Find a community pasture or a local farmer with cattle.
