Gopher shots

Managed to get out and pick a few off this afternoon in between rainshowers.

I even managed to turn one's head inside out.

Should hopefully be getting back out a couple more times over the next 2 weeks... we'll see about getting some video in addition to pics next time.

Aw, poor little buggers... I'm going to tell PITA (or is it PETA) on you. I am currently working in Gravelbourg and have leads on good places nearby to shoot gophers, but it has been raining and windy whenever I have time off. Oh well, I'll get my share.

i like a body shot when the little buggers are hunched in a ball. makes for a nice explosion if you use a centerfire.
