Gophers are out

Yahoooooo I must have seen 100's of gophers today east of calgary today driving from Okotoks to Chestermere can't wait for the weekend maybe go out and warm up the barrel.

Boer seun that is a bummer 4 feet of snow I thought they said on the news a few weeks ago this was one of the mildest winters in recorded history in canada they must have been talking about all the other provinces .
It is already spring so I'm guessing it should melt soon there was barely no snow at all around Calgary this winter.I'll shoot a couple for you.

Well the wind should help if it ain't to cold and I hope it isn't to cold sunday supposed to go shooting gophers ,I'm a newbie to gopher hunting is it better in the afternoon when it warms up a little when is the best time of day?I was going to shoot some with my 22br but my dies have not come in so I guess I'll have to settle for my 220 swift hope it does the job !

I had a dream that the gophers were out. Still too much snow here though. But those annoying squirells are out in full force. Damn it i hate squirells.
