Gophers Out---Yahooooo(new pics)

was out on Sunday with a hornet. Great fun, should have taken 22 rim as there were many close shots. shot for hour&half then got stuck,1 hour before out.,still, beats work Ps the hornet was great.

When you guys are handling those squeaks you should wear gloves I have shot lots of them that had ticks and you sure wouldnt want to have a case of lyme disease to deal with. Better to wear gloves and check them for ticks after. Also watch out if you happen to lay a coat down or anything to shoot off of...same rule check it for crawlies from the grass b4 you take home a unwanted guest.:)

I can't make it out to Alberta until mid May...

So leave some for the late comers...

I'll be bringing my 22-250, 223, 22lr, 17hmr and a camera... :) :)

I'm trying something new this year...

I bought a heavy duty tripod and attached a rifle rest to the top of it and plan on walking out to the middle of a field and set up my folding chair with a cup holder in the arm rest for refreshments and pop off gophers all day...

I can hardly wait... :sniper:
