Got $36000 to give me?

To each his own. I've always liked it.

Sure to disgust the purists, here's one fellow's idea of what it would look like in modern times, had the idea taken off. I don't like the Bipod in this CGI rendition, but the rest I don't mind, though it needs the second series flash suppressor in my eye

I'm sure it shoots great, but it looks like something thrown together for a B-rated post apocalyptic zombie movie. Not my cup of tea at all.

yeah, like there's an extra 4 lbs of tack-on mumbo jumbo to make it look "futuristic" :(

perhaps someone who has seen one stripped down could explain why the rifle has so much slab sided-ness to it ?

you can't replace the bbl on them and hi-point has no interest in making a NR version for us canadians.

That's fine, I have no interest in purchasing what may just be one of the most hideous creations ever designed by mankind. That said, if I had $36000 in expendable income I'd take a hard look at that WA2000. And yes Satain, I too am jealous of you getting to shoot it.

If I won the lottery that rifle would be in my personal gun room right in the middle along with a glass display case. It's a very rare, and highly collectable rifle. As mentioned, extremely accurate sniper grade, Semi auto bullpup, only a few produced.

You're buying a collector's item with exclusivity. This is the rifle for people who collect Ferrari's, rare Porches or other very expensive and exotic cars. Or the guy/gal who wears $10-100K watches.

Someday. Unfortunately not today.

Ooooooooooooooooh, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, it's beautiful. That's the coolest semi-auto rifle, ever.

Is monopoly money legal tender where you live? Cause I got a ton of it, and I think I can afford this rifle!

Or something inflated from $7000 to $36000 just because.

I hate to say this Deckard but that's the poor man's thinking. How many overpriced exotic Rolex watches have you seen depreciate in value? Limited edition and or vintage Ferrari's? Works of art? They usually don't. In fact they're as good as gold in times of a recession. Providing you don't have to sell.

There are only two things stopping me from buying that rifle. 1) Presently it's out of my financial reach due to houses, food and that sort of thing. 2) The risk with political interference. An election or political whim can devalue your rather substantial investment overnight. The risk is too great for me at this time. Bottom line, I can't afford it right now. If I could I'd probably just go for it.

I love bullpups, especially semi autos. This just happens to be the Holly Grail of Semi Auto bullpups.
