Got a new NP-30N, some questions..

So I just got this thing and have a few minor issues.. First if I put a bunch of snap caps in and try to manually cycle the slide it takes an unreal amount of hand strength. After 3 or 4 times feels like your fingers will fall off. Second when reassembling it, the slide does not want to go on unless slightly forced. Looks like the button that ejects the firing pin is up a half millimeter too much or something. Also the rear sight is starting to move after one box (same happened on my old CZ75) so i guess I have to go to the gunsmith and have him "whack" it in place. Anyone else have any issues like this? Thanks
