Got a Remington 1100 Skeet!

Well after much thread posting, waiting and looking for an inexpensive, functional semi auto 12 guage for clay shooting and passing up some cheap shotguns like Winchester 140's and the like, I finally got what I was looking for today at Epps. I called and put a used Remington 1100 Skeet on layaway today. Listed as excellent condition,engraved reciever with a 25" vent rib skeet barrel I got a sweet deal for about $400 after tax. I put about 130$ down on it today. Very happy with it. Ill get some pics up later though. Just thought I'd share that with you guys. Thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction and suggested I pass up the other ones to hold out for an 1100.
 
Things do turn up. I picked up a Remington 11-48 16ga Skeet gun, near new, ca. 1958, a while back.
 
1100 are awesome. It was the first gun my father and I bought when we got out licenses, because he used to have one and much regretted selling it. I personally love the gun, looks function all of it. I think it is very well built and you will enjoy it. Congratz on your new purchase.
 
Thanks for your replies guys! I am really lookign forward to picking this one up when I pay it off. Luckily my birthday is soon so I can use some of that incoming money to pay some of it off. I got some pictures sent to me from epps today so I'll post them up.

Thanks! I am very happy with it. I found a 30" vent rib, full choked barrel for it on the Epps site for 160$. After this is payed off and I get some more money going, Ill consider getting it for a trap barrel.
