got an Rem887 tactical for christmas

Hi Folks,

I got myself an Christmas gift. Rem887 tac. . I read all the review's but in the end I think I made the right choice . Some people gonna tell you how bad the 887 is without ever having seen one.

The thing is build like a tank and looks like one. Plastic ,I love it ! Thats why i got plastic handgun's. They just go and go and go...... .

What kind a gun case do you use with this one and could I also use a soft case for going to the range. I think the 887 is 39" long ?

you'll have fun with it,the first models had problems back in 09 with ejecting shells. mines a 887 nitro mag and so far it will take any shell at any time with no prob's just keep it clean. any case will work.Walmart has a hard case for around $20 just take measurements and you will be fine. Have fun and Happy New Year..

Hey man! I have a 887 Nitromag Tactical too! I love mine. I rock a hard case for mine so I have no input there. But I hope you enjoy the gun. The tactical model is sweet! Next purchase for me is a flashlight mount and a nice 4sevens light for it.

I was already thinking about a red dot scope for it . Even so i don't really see the use for it on a point and shoot gun. But it looks cool , i'm such a geek.
