Got my Blackouts !!

It took a couple of days but I got my blackouts together :D

Both rifles will be used primarily with 220g SMK subsonic rounds
They are S&W Blackout upper halves on spare lowers I had.

On this one I am using a Leupold 6x from Premier Reticle with a mildot every 50 yards out to 300 yards

Suppressor?! Didn't see the Wisconsin in your profile. Lucky ba$tard! The amount you spent on those two uppers would be equivalent to just one upper in Canada! :p

They are actually pretty quiet even without suppressors with the 220g sub rounds.
I paid $650 per upper

Just out of curiosity, I've read that the ballistics are similar to a .22 when subsonic?
can you confirm?

I think I gave my ballistic program a slight aneurysm while doing a little research on it.
 
Good stuff! Give us a range report when you get to it. When we start getting Daniel Defence carbines here I'd like to get one in .300 Blackout to compliment my other bolt guns in that cartridge.

It doesn't look like much but you should see how it drops Wisconsin whitetail deer !

I have been shooting the 300 Whispers since JDJones started producing it in the Ar configuration and now that the Blackout has become the standard I think it is really going to take off, whether people use it for subsonic use or supersonic(which is nearly the ballistics of the7.62x39)
Full mag capacity with no mods to bolts, springs, gas tubes etc :)

What bullets are those? Hornady shows the BC of their 220gr @ 0.3

my program, when everything is entered, shows that with a 100 yard zero, ARGHH. I just figured it out, it was showing CLICKS, not inches. This changes everything.... f:P: yet, even when i've got a 100 yard zero entered, it still shows at 100 yards that it drops 0.59 inches? hmm me thinks I will be finding a new program.

Now I can't wait for my barrel..
