Got my first order!

Upon discovering you guys here on CGN, I visited your website and came to two conclusions 1) you have a lot of cool stuff 2) I like your style lol. I actually placed an order on my first visit and it arrived today!

You are right, these German folding sunglasses are very stylish…and very dark! Phew I bet these would be good for welding lol

I also just happened to be looking for a canteen that works with a gas mask

But alas, I am not sure it fits the tube on my Avon C50 (or I am doing something wrong)

Still, a worthwhile purchase.

That picture with the sunglasses is AWESOME! Love to see it. Glad you enjoyed what you grabbed! I am surprised the C50 tube doesn't fit, the canteens use a standard NATO gasmask plug, so it should work unless the C50 uses something a little different.

thanks, i cant wait to wear it in public lol

yeah wow...i thought the C50 was NATO as well but i just did some research (and read the instruction manual lol) and sure enough, you need to fit a proprietary cap on the canteen for it to work with the C50. my bad. i'll have to track one of those down.

also, i plan to get a MIRA mask down the line as well so hopefully it works with that one.

Yeah, ordered a couple shirts a few weeks back. The perforated RAF ones. Pretty comfy.
It's a pretty cool site with some uncommon surplus.
