Not that i think you would take me on with all the nice things i just said...
Has marstar ever looked at moving to a town of them more then 10 people ?
I,m sure theres a very good reasons why Marstar is based in a 1 horse town, i,m just not really seeing it??
I myself have been offered good jobs in the passed but thers never anything even close to what my wife does, so we would be loseing alot of $$ in moving.
I,m sure others have run into this befor, but id be more then intrested in taking a pay cut to work at somwhere liek marstar if it was not based in the middle of no where.
I really do think that could be the main reason you can not get the right staff, as i know someone like myself, would be everything you need from a staff member, and i,m sure there is others hear that have the same skills
