Got my mini 14

Thanks for the replies everyone. Would shooting the rifle from now until I get the gas block parts do any damage to it? I have also noticed that the brass is about 500 degrees when it gets ejected. So hot, its not even possible to pick up for a few minutes.

Should I pick up a few more mags for it? Or do the stock ruger mags last long enough. I really done need to have 5 loaded mags with me at the range, but may pick up a few more incase the stock one wears out.

Edit: Also, how hard is it to disassemble for cleaning or to swtich it between stocks?
