I cut them into good sized chunks with some elk as well and sprinkled on some souvlaki spice....BBQ then rolled in a pita with tzadziki sauce cucumber and tomato, each one I rolled must have wieghed a pound at least and I ate 2........

Damn straight.........we wont be hurting at all this winter.........that with a freezer full of hutterite chicken...........now I need the lakes to freeze so I can do some ice fishing!
