Got my MP40 Rebate Today - Now my Mags!

Got the cheque for 50 dollars, but havent received my mags yet!

Of course, doesnt matter about the mags as after 100 rounds it was shipped for warranty repair for misfires and almost pierced primers and I dont have it back yet.

Has anyone else got their mags from the rebate offer??

(oh - and Glock lovers - keep the comments to yourselves )

I sent my rebate away on Jan 24. I called to check on the status and they told me that it hadn't even been put into their system yet and I should send it in again just to be sure.

I originally sent a copy of all my paperwork Feb 1st but it was 'lost' somewhere in the giant beurocracy of Customs/Postal Services. I XPressPosted another copy which arrived at S/W about Jan 29th. I recieved my mags a couple of weeks ago, but haven't heard hide nor hair of the rebate cheque .. glad to hear they are finally issuing them though.

Not really a problem....you got 80 some dollars worth of mags for 21 bucks.....

Funny, I have never received the rebates or free mags from S&W after buying both the M&P 9 & 40. Sent in all the correct paperwork and now there is nothing. From what I hear the rebates and free mags are hit and miss.

After submitting the rebates the last week of November the mag showed up, get this, ten days later. WOW! Granted I sent the forms registeres USPS and have a US mail service so no Canada Customs challenges. Declared asll four mags at the border and told to have a nice day. Now the cheques arrived in mid Feb as they only started shipping at the end of Jan.

Anyone still wondering where you stand in line should give S&W customer service a call with your serial number. They're a decent bunch to deal with.
