got my new boyds stock in the mail

After pre-ordering it back in August my tacti-cool stock finally came in the mail :)

I had to do some minor mods to make it fit, the screws were too long to hold the gun to the stock, no biggie

I also had to cut and glue wood into the channel cut for the trigger guard, it was way too deep, almost 1/4"

Anyways its purdy now, for $100 shipped to my door I can't complain

Thanks I'm posting from my cell phone, I don't have the full menu to post pictures

I can shoot under .500" at 100 yards, interesting to see if I can do under that now, this stock is much more comfortable and I don't have to fight for eye relief in my scope
 
The 1/4" inlet for the trigger guard is to fit the savage TR trigger guard - same stock. i got my trigger guard for like 25 bucks direct from savage - fit like a glove.
