Well I went to Epps and purchased:

9mm Luger Caliber Conversion
9mm Luger Dillon Die Set
Strong Mount
Lyman Book
Digital Caliper

I'll have to save up for
– 22058 – Deluxe Quick Change
– 14400 – 38/357 Dillon Die Set
– 20132 – 38/357 Caliber Conversion

And may look at a less expensive brand of

– 19455 – CV-750 Tumbler................... US$139.951
– 21045 – CM-500 Media Separator.......... US$45.951
– 13496 – Ground Corn Cob (media)........... US$14.951
– 21143 – Accessory Package................. US$165.95

and still looking at a for a good scale.

In any case now Im looking for some advice/recommendations for

Powder
Bullets
Primers

Ill be shooting
38 Special wadcutter for P.P.C.
9mm Lugur for IPSC and P.P.C

Is it possible to use the same primers and powder for each?

yes to the prm & pwd ,winchester 231 among others, re: quick change, one is good, after that just tool heads & pwd dies & extra pwd slides, tumbling media try walnut shell from princess auto, i've got a cv 750 & cm 500 they are really great, but something cheaper will be almost as good. the bullet tray & empty cart bin are worth the money. get a balance scale [ not a lee] , i find them more exact & 1/2 the price of the electronic

A good scale is the RCBS 1500 ChargeMaster Combo, but it also dispenses. You can buy the scale separately.

Any recommendations on Bullets and Primers? should I just stick with all winchester products?

federal if you've got a ppc wheel gun. i use win but i don't think there is any diff between the major brands. DRG for lead 9mm x 135. AIM 147 plated,[a lot of guys ##### about them but for 25m & less it will not make any diff in ipsc or odpl] i use 4gr of 231 @ 1.100 loa & they are just fine, i hear campro are good & well priced. if you want to get into high end componants make sure they really shoot better, aka ransom rest , & you & your guns ability, not just some bs about how montana golds will make you a wizard. happy load developing & unloading

for primers CCI and Winchester are thicker and as a result harder. so if you have a light striking pin, opt for federal as they are soft.

i still with CCI when possible, but Winchester will suffice.
