Got NEA 10.5 out finally

Well the title says it all, I may have one of the few perfect 10.5 NEA AR-15's :) Was shooting cheap federal 55 gr and have the Lucid hd7. Up to 50 yards it stacks shoots on top of each other, i also shot 100 and 160 yard ranges, now with the red dot i don't expect small groups bk honestly im not that good but the groups were within 4" at 100 yards and all in the rings at 160. For me that is good for no magnification. Dumps the mags as fast as I can pull the trigger. Anyways very happy and thought id post a positive report for anyone interested.
Before i go, maybe one small negative, the casing have a small hard to see rub about 2/3 way up the casing from ejecting im assuming, no dents in the casing just a small mark. Anyways will post a few pics hopefully tonight if i got time. It was a blast!
 
Glad to hear a positive review. and what is the casing ....scratch that just reread and totaly understand now..could it be from dinging off the shell deflector?.. cool glad you had fun. were you shooting from a vice or bags or what?
 
Mine dings/scratch the side of the casings too. Its probably because it hits the deflector. Try some steel casings see if it does the same.
 
the "marking" on the case deflector is just because of the rounds bouncing off, its normal, mine does that too
my norinco finish also has some nice dings there too, but what do you expect when somethings being hit hard with hot brass all day?
