Got the Ghost Rocket Connector kit.... No orange back plate tho??

Ordered the kit, 4-6lb springs, tool, etc...

No plate tho.... Is the install even feasible without the plate? It's the connector that needs to be filed down to custom fit over travel.

it is easy, just pull the slide back slightly when it locks up and slide your factory plate off that way..... and do it 3-4 more times and you will be done..... if you have an old plate put that on because you could ding it up taking it on and off in improvised positions

How do you remove the slide without pulling the trigger?

once you have the back plate off remove the internals and the slide will come off, everything is hanging up on the striker hook and once you remove that obstacle your good to go

edited to add: you remove the back plate while slide is still on gun, you can only move the slide enough to get the plate off with no wiggle room, real pain in the butt....
