Nice shot with the 30-30 man! Don't listen to the hoi-polloi with their Magnum this and that.
Been doing some reading ever since i picked up a nice Marlin 336 in 30-30 and one of the points that stuck out was that the 30-30 has the same power at 100 yards as a 30-06! And I thought, yeah, but what if I wanna shoot out to 200 or 300? Then I found this guy who shoots varmints with his 'ole 30-30, albeit with his own cast boolits and custom loads.
