I recently had a great experience with Magpul's customer service. I unfortunately dammaged the butt stock screw of my PRS and I needed another one. I searched many websites and I couldn't find a replacement. So I e-mailed Magpul. The next day I got a reply from Justin Beard, customer service manager. He told me that the PRS uses a custom mounting screw and if I provided my address he’ll get one mailed right out! He was also very courteous in saying that if there was anything he could ever do for me, to feel free to contact him.
I just wanted to share my overwhelming exprerience with the rest of you guys. Many have Magpul stuff on their ARs, so if you have any inquiries or problems, you'll know who to talk to at Magpul's.
