I know several people who use the Garmins and have since they first came out. Never had a problem with anyone for using them. I think Gundog Supply and Lion Country Supply both ship them to Canada. I suspect IC has more important things to do and too few staff to do them to worry about renegade dog owners flaunting the law.

He told me that they sell an ship to US but not to Canadians due to legality... Why in the hell does the government screw with such trivial matters?

If you are a company owner who paid to have exclusive rights to a frequency, would you not expect to be the only one using it?

Some EMS groups use the MURS frequencies in Canada
