I did the range workout this past weekend, and overall impression is this is one capable performer, and my benchmark is my FN Browning Hi-Power that I have had for 36 years. I used my standard 9 mm load, 125 gr cast round nose with 5.0 gr of Unique.

I love that fiber optic front sight with the fully adjustable rear sight of my target model.

The trigger in both DA and SA modes are smooth and crisp respecively.

The recoil impulse is considerably less than with my BHP, which I do not understand, as both are recoil operated, and the K100 is notaceably lighter than the BHP.

I am quite pleased with this unit, and it will do a fine job in a three gun match which I shoot from time to time.

My only criticism is the small smooth contured safety requires more attention than it should to disengage. For USA-CCW this would be a hot choice.......never mind the safety, as you can do a DA pull for the first round.

The rotating bbl cuts down on recoil. Your safety problem seems to be the opposite of mine. Perhaps Grand Power received a lot of criticism over the safety and they over compensated. I agree that it is a good shooter. Have fun.

Yes, I did have that problem with the CZ, but if I can put all the holes in the 10 ring with my Browning Challenger, I should be able to shoot a reasonable group with a 9mm, especially when resting my hands on the bench.

I used to have problem to shoot my CZ with a bench rest too. I found the muzzle jump was harder when use a rest. Now I lock my elbows of two hand and not use a rest and found much better.

Bought some 115 Gr. Sellier & Bellot & Remington UMC Leadless. What a difference. I shot one group from rest, 9 shots inside 2 1/2" @ 25 yards, the 10th was out about another inch, my fault I'm sure. Bought some Remington jacketed bullets, now to see if I can get some handloads to perform. This IS ONE HOT MACHINE.
