Gravel Agency Experience?

Sloppy repairs.

Sent a 1911 in to have a loose rear sight replaced. They stuck something on from a different brand that had a dovetail angle all wrong and the notch width was so wide that it was useless.

Would not recommend for something you wanted done right.

I dealt with them for a warranty issue with a Remington 7615. Long story short I waited just over a year to get it repaired and it still had issues when it came back. I eventually got a full refund and have never bought another Remington product again because I never want to deal with Gravel ever again.

Contact June Rondeau at 1-418-682-3000 or 1-866-682-3003. ( Gravel Agency )

I have had great success with Gravel Agency in regards to warranty issues and buying Remington parts.

Sorry to hear of the fellows who did not!....:(

i had an 870 with issues, gravel was the warranty front, they took care of buisness, although my associate is no longer there, i m sure they still hold it down, good company

Had a sendero sent in for a burr in the chamber would jam in the chamber after fired. Communication was really great and easy I sent in the rifle got it back with a printed test target probably a generic target. But I tried various factory ammo and couldn’t get the rifle to group so I sent in again they confirmed that they couldn’t get it to group either and replaced the rifle took awhile to get the replacement rifle but it had an actually test target with holes. Communication was great I’ll give them that. But they should’ve confirmed the first time they sent it back on how it grouped/shot. Anyways got The replacement sendero sitting in the safe for a few years and I have no idea how it shoots it hasn’t left the safe since. Not impressed with Remington. Gravel agency was good no issues with them because it worked out they replaced the rifle

I also had a good experience with them. Bought a brand new Pardner protector shotgun from one of the vendors here and first time I took it to the range I noticed it was shooting a foot to the left at 30 yards. The barrel had a barely noticeable bulge 6 inches from the muzzle. I contacted the vendor immediately and they referred me to GA. Communication was good and 2 days after I sent the gun to them I got an e-mail stating that gun was beyond repair and that I will be getting a new one as soon as it becomes available. It took 4 months but it wasn't their fault as none were available anywhere in Canada at the time (I checked) so as soon as the first shipment arrived they sent it to me.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people there. Have had three separate Remington warranty issues and they resolved them all within a reasonable time frame. Even went above and beyond in one particular instance.

I sent them a V3 shotgun for some warranty work last year (was experiencing gas blowback). They handled it very professionally and the turn around time was quick. Very easy to deal with.

Gravel Agency is a stand up organization. I've dealt with them on two occasions regarding warranty and I have always been happy with the service. One time they went above and beyond and sold me a heavily discounted new gun to keep me happy.

Don't expect things to happen overnight though, especially now. You might have to wait months depending on availability of the part.

I had to send a rifle in with a burr in the chamber. They treated me well and I had no issues with them. Rifle was repaired and returned ready to go.

Depends on where you are shipping from. Had a crooked hand guard on a Marlin 1895. Simply machined off center, they wanted me to send the whole rifle to them instead of just shipping me a new hand guard. The lady I talked to was very good at responding to emails etc. and explaining the firearms manufacturers warranty process. In the end I understood. I just didn't bother.....insurance and shipping was on my dime so it was ~ a $ 200 expense for shipping the whole rifle. I just won't buy any more Marlin's with out physically inspecting them. My point is ask questions on shipping. Taking your barrel off and having it refinished locally may be a lesser cost.
