I bought a parkerand hale 303 a few months back and recently went to clean it and all my patches are comeing out a greenish blue color. I have now idea whats coing on cuz i'm doing the samething i do on all my other rifles and none of them have this problem. I'm useing hoppes #9. If anyone can give me an idea to what is causing this and maybe how to fix it that would be great.

Obviously the firearm has never been cleaned properly. Hoppes will not do the job. Get a bottle of Sweets' 7.62 or a similar copper remover cleaning product and read the instructions. Some could damage your stock finish if you get any on it. Sounds like you have your work cut out for you.

I have a PH Enfield as well. It's my cabin gun & is just about right for the abuse & neglect it gets. Don't worry about the green patches...as mentioned it is just copper fouling. Get a bottle of Sweet's and you will have the bore clean in about 5 patches.

Once you do that run a couple of patches of Hoppe's through the bore to remove the ammonia.

You will also find that Sweet's smells pretty strong.
