Personally I like the M77 moly assembly paste that Honda sells. It is a very high moly content grease- thick and won't run but can be messy if you aren't careful. Keep it away from white carpets!!! Because most of the mechanisms in an O/U that need grease are very slow movements I believe that having a high moly grease helps. I used to work with some pretty knowledgeable tribologists and moly paste is one they personally liked for such things.
Regardless of what grease is used, it is far more important to clean old grease off and sparingly apply new grease. Clean crappy grease is much better than dirty super whalespermextractlubrimolyplate grease.
