Grease or Oil?

What do you lubricate the ram in your press with?

on my co-ax I use 3 in one oil for fan bearings, only because I have a bottle!! have also used gun oil, a few drops, and work it in. wipe off excess.

little white lithium grease works for me.

A light wipe with motor oil. Happens to be Amsoil 15w40.

Motor oil...Nothing fancy is required....

1 part STP engine oil treatment
3 part's synthetic oil
I bought a metal oil can at Canuck tire that has a small oil hole.
Work's great for any of those small oil hole's with the ball bearing check valve's.
