So I ordered a seekins adjustable gas block from brownells early this year to help fix gas issues on a sbr. The gas block had mixed reviews but for the price I went with it. Long story short It had a defect and was broke by the end of the range trip. Very frustrating.

Off it goes and into the parts bin. They have a unconditional guarantee on everything they sell. But thought it would be a hassle sending it back. Got sick of liking at it broke in the parts bin and called up their customer service line. Explained what was up and that it has been purchased like 7 months ago. the nice lady on the other end said no problem, went through the return process and told me they will pay the return shipping as well. Added the receipt for shipping with the return and I got an email stating the full refund had been credited including shipping today.

I have called on a couple occasions looking for info and now this return and every time have had very positive excellent customer service. I know they have been kinda dragged through the mud for not shipping particular items etc but I can't be happier with them.

Sorry for the long winded post

I agree, customer service is awesome. I've ordered from them about 100x and never had any problems. I did return a new item because the finish was no good, not their fault, and they returned the full amount of the postage also, no questions asked. No postal receipt was sent to them either. Just fill out the yellow form and send it back. Zero complaints from me, they are still my go to place for everything. If they don't ship it, then I'll buy it here.

Hope they can be even better after their big move. I have orders still in limbo with them for a bit over 3 weeks. They were being straight up and said to me that they are moving warehouse, its a huge chaos because shelves and bins are just everywhere. They didn't BS me with stupid excuses, so I give them thumbs up for that

Gotta love Brownells. I have one order stuck in processing for the past week. Guess they're backlogged with Christmas orders and moving.

Google up a picture of their new warehouse in Grinnell. It's gigantic, something like 200,000 sq ft.

x2. I called them on Friday and was on hold for 15min or more.
