So UPS tried to deliver my package from Tenda 3 times .
I was home but unknown to me my doorbell was not working .
Not sure why no door knock?
So when I tried to track package,
UPS said No tracking number found ?
No real people on UPS phone number
I then called Tenda
the Great staff there said they would contact UPS try fix it .
Next day Tenda emailed they were able to have
my package redirected to my local UPS Store pick up location.
Bravo and a BIG Thanks to Tenda Staff for going above an beyond !!
