Great Easter Gopher hunt

If anyone has ever tried chicken feet while on Vacation in Asia or while having Dim Sum then you Must try Gopher feet.
Best Ever by far.
The toe nails are sharp, so they really should be clipped before cooking.

So if the spots are in the liver, does that mean don't eat the liver, or don't eat any of it? I'm new to all this

DO NOT EAT any of it. White spots typically are in a generation.. .some years there are none in any varmint from bunnies to gophers.... other years, you can't eat any of them

I like chicken feets at dim sum, but will past on the gophers. When I was a kid, some guys fried up a gopher and said I was really bad. In all seriousness, who has really eaten gopher ?
