Great experience from PWS!

hey guys,

So I had an issue with my PWS stake free castle nut/ end plate combo. The anti rotation tab on the end plate was slightly too short which caused my buffer tube to rotate. I contacted PWS to report the matter and they handled me like a champ. They acknowledged that some of there end plate were made with short tabs and in response, they shipped a brand new replacement to me. Now that is service.

On a side note, they also ship directly to canada! I ordered a separate Mod 2 buffer tube assembly (which comes with the end plate and castle nut) for 70$ USD (this was with an LEO discount). With shipping it came in just under a hundred bucks. Its nice to be able to skip the middle man on orders and save a couple dollars at the same time.

The shipping to Canada must be recent. I was trying to order some swag back in spring and they said they weren't shipping anything to Canada.

Yeah maybe. This is my first time ordering anything direct. The employee I was dealing with did mention a maximum dollar value though so im sure complete uppers are out of the question.

That was my experience with PWS as well.

What OP experienced was a after sales customer support, direct retail still has to follow to ITAR restrictions.

Ahhh, that makes sense. Too bad it applied to hats and shirts. lol
