Great Experience with Hornady

This last week I have had two issues with my year-old Hornady LPL-AP press. One was a manufacturing defect that resulted in the primer slide jamming and causing the primer guide wire to deform and twist the plastic retainer at the top of the press. Hornady replaced everything, no questions asked, no charge, upon receipt of an email. They didn't even ask for pictures verifying the cause and effect(which I had). The second incident was a bent primer pin that resulted in the damaging of the threaded rod it was attached to and the primer pin holder. Again, I sent them an email and they responded within SIX HOURS saying they would again replace everything that broke. This is some of the best customer service I have ever seen from a manufacturer. By the way, the Hornady LNL-AP is an excellent press and I have loaded a couple of thousand rounds on it without major incident. These current issues are likely the result of my ham-handedness more than the press itself. Well done Hornady!

+1

They keep send me an email every year asking if I want to upgrade my Pro7 Progressive because they say they don't have parts anymore to properly warranty it

250k rnds through it

If it ain't broke, don't need to replace it.
