Great Gun Books

I haven't seen these posted yet:
small arms of the world by Edward Clinton Ezell
hatcher's Notebook by Julian Hatcher
Jim Carmichael’s Book Of The Rifle
Olson’s Encyclopaedia Of Small Arms by John Olson
The Book Of Rifles by WHB Smith
Make it Accurate by Craig Boddington
Accurizing the Factory Rifle by M.L. MacPherson
The Rifle Rules by Don Paul & David Smith
How To Buy And Sell Used Guns by John Traister (a little older, but still a good reference)
Had to look on the shelf and then use the computer in the "man-cave" so it took a little bit.

Good one. Just checked the shelf again in mine and found another 'goodie'. Twenty-Two Caliber Varmint Rifles by Charles S. Landis. That's a book I picked up after I got my antique varmint rifle, an old custom Winchester High Wall in 219 Donaldson Wasp. Rifle, scope and book are all about the same vintage.

Two books come to mind immediately:

Shotgunning: The Art and the Science by Bob Brister - definitive book on patterning a shotgun.

Home Gunsmithing Digest by Thomas L. Bish

I give this 5 stars!!!
Just finished this book. Read it from cover to cover and really enjoyed it, plus the colour photos are great.

This and "Single Action Sixguns" by John Taffin get my best gun books of 2010 vote.

I've just borrowed a 'goodie' from a shooting buddy, and one that I first read when I began my interest in handguns. Pioneering Handgun Hunting by Alfred J. Goerg of Port Angeles, Washington.
