Been in many a time and had the pleasure of dealing with both Craigs. IMO the BEST shop around. I dont care if wholesale is in town, I'm going to Wanstalls! cheers boys!

With big box stores like WSS around we need to be able to be competitive all areas of our business, and i think we are....Thanks for supporting your local Hunting and Shooting store!!!!

I recently bought a Ruger SR22 from Wanstalls. I live in Vancouver, and drove out to Maple Ridge to pick it up. I had never set foot in their store before that day. These guys give truly top-notch service: friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help. If at all possible, I will be doing my spending at Wanstalls from now on.

PS: love that little black rifle

That was my experience too, and I also live in vancouver. Worth the drive.
 
I travel allot around the Lower Mainland for work and often stop by the local gun store when I am in the area. Most of the stores are pretty friendly but Wanstalls is my favourite. I have bought several firearms there and the service is top notch.

My least favourite for customer service is Lever Arms.
 
My 20 year old son stopped by the store today for first time today. It was a very refreshing change to be greeted at the door. And being encouraged to handle several different firearms. My son is just venturing off on his own collection for both hunting and target shooting. When he told the staff of his preferences, they brought out rifles that he would like. Not what what they just wanted to sell.

We will be back for more purchases.

I was at Lever today and the customer service was very good, and the best price for G96 gun treatment anywhere and I didn't get any BS from the staff.
 
I can say I have been to almost every gunshop in the GVRD with the exception of one in Langley... and by far, in comparison of how I was treated at all the others, the friendliness and service at Wanstalls was far beyond great. I wont bother to comment about two in Vancouver I consider crap (rude/ignorant) as I'm sure most locals can guess the two I'm talking about.

The staff at Wanstalls don't treat you like a customer, they treat you as a friend. I could suggest the other shops to take some notes, but instead, I will just take all my business to Wanstalls, even if its a 30 min drive for me. Keep up the good work guys. =)

recently ordered a hunting rifle from Wanstalls and couldnt be happier, Gary is fast on the emails and if they dont have what you want they sure can find it for you.

Went into Wanstalls today for the first time, came from Coquitlam. They were very nice, polite and treated me with respect, even though I haven't got my pal or rpal yet. Was able to handle Sr-22, Norinco M4, M&P 9mm and Sig 226. Got to talking to Gary made me definately feel comfortable. Will be back once I'm legal, thanks again guys.
 
Got a used .22 Winchester 190, a couple of Savage 64 mags and Lee reloading accessories, last year. I got great service from the two Craigs and the one lady, forgot her name, sorry.
 
Awesome store. Extremely knowledgeable staff. I live in Mission, and these guys will have my business whenever my bank account doesn't say $0.00. Best store in BC I say.
