Well I'm giving them a shot right now. I broke my 308 neck collet die this afternoon. I called them up and "Lain" said for me to fill out their online form and send them a picture of my stripped cap and will be sending me a new one when they receive the picture. I should of asked if I was getting a new die or just the aluminum cap.
Yes I screwed it in too tight and stripped the cap. Real quick like. One little SNAP! I first thought it was a stuck primer. Nope.

I'll keep you all posted on my situation. We'll see if they look after us "special" reloaders??:redface:
 
This morning I received a confirmation e-mail that the parts are on the way at no charge. Thank you Lee!

So far RCBS the very best. Only a phone call required. Lee a close second due to the fact you have to send them a picture of your broken part. Still the very best. Less then 10 hour turn around time from my e-mail to their response. Can't ask for better than that.
