I was looking online for a while, trying to find high quality optics, but was frustrated that many of the websites were based out of the US and didn't ship to Canada. Then I stumbled on a great website optics-trade.eu , I was a little unsure of sending almost $3000 to an online vendor based in Europe. But the prices were excellent and they had all the brands I was interested in. I just got my scope in the mail today and couldn't be happier. If you want to save money and have an excellent selection of high end scopes give them a try. I saved about $1300, and seen other scopes I was interested in like the kahles 6-24x56 for $1000 less than in a local shop.

Grey import = no warranty.
Ups brokerage charges were $170, which I would have had to pay if it were shipped from the US distributor. There's nothing grey market about it. Full warrenty, and with IOR, it had to be shipped back to Europe, whether you go through IOR Valdada in the US, or from Europe direct. For me the $1300 savings was worth it. It may not be worth it to you, all I know is that I could have got the kahles 6-24x56 for the same money I spent on the 3-12x50 locally.
Act as your own broker. You do NOT have to pay brokerage fees. It is easy. Research it.
